  Should I invite my JW aunt and cousins to my same-sex wedding? If I ever get married.

  after attending my cousin’s jw wedding the other day - gosh it was intense.

  it got me thinking.. i’m openly gay in the family and most definitely not a witness.

  anyway, i was invited to the wedding and i went.

  take it one step at a time. Invite one or 2 at a time to come to your place for a meal--and to meet your " significant other" when he rocks up--see how they react to that.

  Questions about WT illustrations

  when i was a kid....i used to look at the wt illustrations of paradise conditions and would day dream about life in the new system....i later used this same technique (shame on me) to brain wash bible students.

  however...as i grew up lol (apparently!

  ) the illustrations changed....and became more modern.

  Would you be able to survive a three day Assembly?

  the last assembly i attended was over 10 years ago.

  the monotone speakers, boring talks, uncomfortable seats, long prayers and nodding off after the lunch break did me in.

  i survived the morning sessions, but the afternoon sessions were brutal.

  last one i attended was at the old Wembley stadium London UK in about 1969. It rained the whole time. Utterly miserable pointless waste of a few days.
